About Our Beer
At The Brewtorium, we proudly brew all of our beer on site in our 15-barrel brewhouse. Our main focus is on German lagers, but we regularly feature a variety of IPAs, ales & sours in our rotating lineup.
Our Brewing Philosophy
Our brewing team is passionate about creating authentic, flavorful beers using traditional techniques alongside innovative approaches. We believe in quality ingredients, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every batch.
Beer Selection
We typically offer 14 house-brewed beers on tap, with styles regularly rotating to compliment the seasons. Our selection includes German-style & American lagers, West Coast and hazy IPAs and Pale Ales, traditional Belgian-style ales, and specialty fruited and sour beers.

Our brewery has received recognition at various beer competitions, including gold medal recognition at the Texas Craft Brewers Cup, highlighting our commitment to quality and true-to-style brewing techniques.
Lucky Devil | Belgian Golden Strong Ale
Texas Craft Brewers Guild Cup - Gold
We brewed this traditional strong ale with a Belgian yeast, giving it a complex peach & pear esters and peppery, spicy phenols. We also added 5 pounds of pink peppercorns to the whirlpool providing additional subtle floral, citrusy flavors to the finished beer. The recipe is modeled after Duvel Ale - probably the most famous of the style. Duvel is the Flemish word for ‘Devil’. The abv is 8.88% - a number considered lucky in many cultures. Hence the name of this brew - Lucky Devil!

Just Add Polka | Festbier
Texas Craft Brewers Guild Cup - Silver
Just Add Polka is a smooth, clean, pale German lager with a moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character. It deftly balances strength and drinkability, with a palate impression and finish that encourages drinking! This festbier showcases elegant German malt flavors without becoming too heavy or filling.

The Bleaken | Munich Dunkel Lager
Texas Craft Brewers Guild Cup - Silver
Made with Brown Field 5 Texas Munich Malt from local maltster Blacklands Malt, it sneaks in at an easy 5.3% ABV with a smooth yet roasty malt character and a clean finish. This dark German lager may look intimidating, but really it’s just an easy going beer that wants to party. Fill a couple of crowlers to share at your holiday rave or take it home to your lair to enjoy all by yourself. Naughty or nice... we won’t judge.

Confabulator | Doppelbock
Texas Craft Brewers Guild Cup - Bronze
Doppelbocks are one of the oldest German styles of lager beer and were traditionally brewed & released in the cold weather months. (A winter warmer if you will) - This rich, malty lager is a BIGGER version of a traditional Bock with notes of burnt sugar, caramel & dark dried fruit. Its Tettnanger hops and German Lager yeast help to balance this full-bodied beer while the Munich, Pilsner, and Carafa Special Malt lend their rich, complex flavors.

Das Day Drinker | Munich Helles Lager
Texas Craft Brewers Cup - Gold
Our O.G. pale lager. Super refreshing with a nice, grainy backbone and a crisp, clean finish.

La Dame Rouge | Barrel-Aged Hibiscus Sour
Texas Craft Brewers Cup - Bronze
Aged for a year in oak wine barrels, the red beauty is bursting with notes of tart raspberry, blackberry jam & spiced orange.

U.S. Open Beer Championship - Gold
This rich and roasty porter goes down smooth, finishing with notes of coffee & cocoa.

To-Go Beer Options

- 750mL crowlers filled fresh from any of our draft beers
- All options are packaged or sealed on-site to maintain maximum freshness
- Perfect for enjoying brewery-fresh beer wherever you go
- 16oz cans typically stay fresh for 3-4 months, while crowlers remain fresh for 2 weeks when properly stored
Don't know what a crowler is? It's a giant, 750mL (about 1.5 beers) aluminum can that we fill and seal right in front of you! Whether you prefer the convenience of our packaged 16oz cans or the freshness of a just-filled crowler, our staff will ensure your to-go beer maintains its quality and flavor.
