YES, HEF!
Say "Yes, Hef!" to our latest seasonal release, a no-fuss, full-bodied take on the classic Bavarian Hefeweizen. Brewed with pale malt, flaked wheat, malted wheat, and dextrin malt, this smooth sipper hits all the traditional notes with aromas of clove, banana, and citrus. We threw in flaked wheat for a little extra body, but otherwise kept it simple with a whole lot of flavor.
BAT CITY BLONDE*
A perfect beer for days on the lake and evenings on the Congress Ave. bridge - this golden ale combines crisp pale malts with refreshing, citrusy hops for a perfectly balanced, easy drinking anytime ale. Cheers!
DAS DAYDRINKER*
Our O.G. pale lager. Super refreshing with a nice, grainy backbone and a crisp, clean finish.

ELECTRIC LEDERHOSEN*
One of our core beers, this traditional Vienna lager features notes of toasted bread & mild earthy hops. It finishes clean and crisp with a light malt backbone. Satisfying, yet refreshing.
SIMPLE MATH*
Brewed with four bold New Zealand hops-Waimea, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Sunrise, and Motueka-Simple Math is a West Coast IPA that adds up to pure hop harmony. Bursting with notes of tropical fruit, bright citrus, and a hint of white wine character, it's balanced by a crisp, clean finish that keeps you reaching for the next sip. Sometimes the equation is easy: hops + sunshine = happiness.
HOP IT LIKE IT'S HOT*
A dry-hopped pilsner with bright notes of guava, passionfruit, and grapefruit, that shine over a crisp, clean finish. Pink Boots Collaboration Brew Day ®. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this beer goes to the Pink Boots Society who aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers through education. This beer uses the 2024 Pink Boots Hop Blend.
BA MIDNIGHT FILIBUSTER
Born from advocacy and brewed in collaboration with Rep. Gina Hinojosa, Midnight Filibuster was first crafted in 2024 to honor the fight against antiquated beer laws and the progress that's helped Texas craft breweries thrive. This imperial stout, brewed with rich cacao nibs, returns with even greater depth after spending 10 months in rye whiskey barrels from Still Austin. The result is a bold, expressive beer layered with flavors of rich chocolate, dark cherry, and warming whiskey character, delivering a long, lingering finish worthy of its name. Complex, powerful, and crafted in the spirit of perseverance - this is a filibuster you'll actually want to last.

Mountain Gold American Lager is a crisp, clean, and refreshing beer that is perfect for any occasion. Brewed with 2-row and Vienna malts, and a blend of American and German hops, it is a tribute to an American classic enjoyed by beer drinkers and brewers nationwide. Enjoy this Rocky Mountain style lager cold and fresh.
WANDERING SCAPEGOAT
Aged in oak barrels and guided by time, this sour saison takes your palate on a journey through layers of fruit and spice. Notes of peach, pear, and spiced plum mingle with hints of caramel, ginger, and white pepper, while a lively tartness and earthy wild yeast character lead to a complex, slightly malty finish.
CONFABULATOR*
Brewed in the traditional German style, this medium-full bodied winter warmer is malt forward with pronounced caramel and dark fruit flavors.
MIDNIGHT FILIBUSTER
Brewed in collaboration with Rep. Gina Hinojosa, who has been instrumental in making legislative advances for Texas breweries, this beer is fiercely independent and packs a wallop at 11.1%. It's rich and velvety thanks to a late addition of 15lbs of cacao nibs. The name is a tongue-in-cheek nod both to the sometimes exhausting legislative process and this beer's insistence on continuing to ferment beyond its allotted timeline.

We took our Barrel Aged Imperial Chocolate Stout and aged it on coconut to give the feeling of being on a tropical beach in winter.

75% Shiraz, 18% Grenache, 7% Mouvedre. Wild, natural yeast fermentation. An old-school Rhone blend with contemporary style. Black fruit & spice with barley sugar, lemon iced tea, & hints of cracked black pepper. Deliciously floral, fruity, & earthy.

FREE WAVE HAZY IPA
Non-Alcoholic Hazy IPA by Athletic Brewing Co.
Free Wave is a hugely hoppy hazy IPA with a juicy body and velvety pour. A trio of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops generate bodacious aromatics of tangerine and grapefruit. Notes of pine and florals emerge in the secondary palate for an herbaceous reprieve in all the right places. It's luscious, smooth, and highly aromatic.

Atlética is a refreshingly bright take on a Mexican-style copper. Our housemade moscow mule mocktail is a vibrant and zesty beverage reminiscent of the classic cocktail, without any of the alcohol. We use Maine Root Ginger Brew and fresh lime to create this bold and spicy drink.
