DANG OL' PILS
Texas-grown pilsner malt from TexasMalt and Texas-grown rice from Jasek Farms give this Pilsner a dry, crisp finish perfect for drinking in the Texas sun. This baby purrs with the subtle earthy and fruity hop aroma & flavor from a good old dry hoppin’ with equal parts German & Czech hops (Tettnang & Saaz) and American hops (Ekuanot & Simcoe).
A 100% dry-hopped hazy IPA featuring Simcoe & Loral hops giving it a crazy fruity flavor & aroma reminiscent of fruit punch, strawberry fruit by the foot & Hi-C ecto-cooler.
Port Barrel-Aged Sour Lager
Aged 21 months in Grape Creek port barrels, this golden lager boasts notes of white oak, tart sauvignon blanc, dried apricot, white lychee nut & dehydrated lime. Mixed culture fermentation gives this beer a plethora of complexity yet it finishes dry like an effervescent summer sipper.
This festbier is bready and rich with just a hint of malty sweetness, but finishes very dry and crisp. While we kept the ABV reasonable, it's still sure to induce the polka dancer in you!
This rich & roasty porter brought home the gold medal at the 2019 U.S. Open Beer Championship & we’re pretty dang proud of it. It goes down super smooth, finishing with notes of coffee & cocoa.
