AMARILLO BY MORNING
Hazy Pale Ale
Using just Amarillo hops (mainly dry hop additions) allows the apricot and grassy notes from the hops to really shine through with just enough bitterness for balance. Rahr Pils, Wheat Malt and Flaked Wheat provide a smooth, light to medium body. Perfect for a sunrise trail ride on horseback, we almost wish we were open for breakfast, so we could serve this beer in the morning!

CANYONERO
Double IPA
We figured for our 400th batch, why not go big or go home. So we present our spin on an Double IPA that we're calling an Imperial Texas IPA. It's not a true hazy as it has 40 IBUs but it is unfiltered and cloudy in the glass and leads with big fruit-forward hops like you'd expect from a hazy. It's bold, juicy, punchy and still quite approachable.

DR. DOCTOR
German Pilsner
This German Pilsner is light, crisp & refreshing with a grainy, floral finish. We're serving it slow pour style on a traditional side pull Lukr faucet, providing thick, dense layers of foam for a perfect lager drinking experience. It's just what the doctor ordered.

OYAJI GYAGU
Rice Lager
An alternate version of our Dad Jokes Mexican style lager, Oyaji Gyagu (or "Old Man Gags" in Japanese) utilizes the same recipe as Dad Jokes, but was brewed with 40% flaked rice instead of corn. The crispiest of bois, this pale lager is ultra refreshing and brewed as an homage to some of our favorite Japanese-style rice lagers. Motueka hops lend this beer its big, bright and fruity aroma.
