BIG GAY BEER
Hazy Double IPA with
Pink Guava, Mango & Orange
In response to the bomb threat we received at June’s Legendary Drag Brunch that forced us to have to cancel the event, our staff got together and decided to brew the biggest gayest beer we could possibly imagine to show our continued commitment to being a safe place for queer people and all good, kind and loving individuals in our city. And so was born Big Gay Beer: a super strong Hazy Double IPA fruited to the max with Pink Guava, Orange and Mango. It’s a thick one with bright notes of Tropical Fruit, Candied Orange Peel & Ruby Red Grapefruit. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the Veterans for Equality.

HARD CASE
West Coast Pilsner
A Hard Case is a funny, witty or strangely silly person in New Zealand slang, and this weird IPA disguised as a lager features a healthy dry hopping of Motueka, Nelson & Pacific Sunrise hops, making this beer sing with notes of white wine, pine resin & pineapple.

KIA ORA
Single Hop Pilsner with
Nelson Sauvin
Kia Ora is a Māori-language greeting which is often used to say hello & welcome. So say hello to our first ever single hop Nelson Pils! The distinctive Nelson hop was added strictly to the boil in this lager, so it provides very subtle white wine grape, apricot & herbal notes with a nice bitterness balanced by its light graininess.

OYAJI GYAGU
Japanese Rice Lager
An alternate version of our Dad Jokes Mexican style lager, Oyaji Gyagu (or "Old Man Gags" in Japanese) utilizes the same recipe as Dad Jokes, but was brewed with 40% flaked rice instead of corn. The crispiest of bois, this pale lager is ultra refreshing and brewed as an homage to some of our favorite Japanese-style rice lagers. Motueka hops lend this beer its big, bright and fruity aroma.

HACKNEY CAB
English Porter
Named after the historic black cabs of London, this light but roasty English Porter uses English base malts and roasted malts with American-grown Willamette hops, an English Fuggle derived heritage hop. With notes of milk chocolate, roasted pecan & chicory, you'll be surprised by the complexity of flavors from such a simple recipe.
