An Amber Ale brewed with English Pale Malt, Crystal malt, Munich malt, Pale Chocolate Malt and hopped with Nugget, Crystal & Cascade. It’s old school and easy. It’s a walkin’ beer, great for sharing on a neighbor’s front porch. With notes of dark cherry, blueberry & vanilla cola, it’s got a complexity as interesting as our little neighborhood here in Highland. This one's for you, neighbor.

FANNIE CLAREY'S
Irish Red Ale
Named after owner Whitney’s great grandmother, Fannie Clary was a fiery eccentric who drank early morning beers while she gardened, took her meals lying down & was just as comfortable killing rattlesnakes with a hoe as she was behind a sewing machine.
This Irish Red Ale is malty & approachable with notes of dark fruit, tobacco & toffee. Finishes dry and toasty with a mild herbal hop earthiness.

OATHBREAKER
White IPA
A throwback style to the mid-2000s before “Hazy” IPA was a thing, White IPA was a short-lived style of IPA featuring heavy wheat additions and occasionally Belgian yeast. Kind of a Belgian Witbier/IPA hybrid. Brewer Joe missed this style, so he brewed one. Loral, Ekuanot, HBC 586, Mandarina Bavaria and Pacific Sunrise hops provide bright peach, orange & tangerine flavor and aroma while the blend of wheat and barley malts lend a soft finish. Abbey yeast imparts an additional spiced complexity.

Belgian Quadrupel
For this old world style, we dug up one of Chris’ original recipes from back in the homebrew days. Pilsner, aromatic, caramunich and carafa special malts plus Belgian candi syrup provide a rich, dark caramelized sugar flavor with notes of fig, plum and raisin.

HITTIN' DINGERS
Pre-Prohibition Pilsner
Our Pre-Pro Pils is based off of the earliest American lager recipe, found in an accounting book from a defunct brewery in Philadelphia, PA dating back to the turn of the century. Hopped nearly every 15 minutes over a 90 minute period, Hittin’ Dingers features American-grown Pilsner malt, corn, and German and American noble hops. It finishes floral, grainy and crisp.
